My husband just left from here getting a car wash and my whole bumper is hanging off we called up there and Mark the owner said in his own words I saw it and knew it could damage your car so I pointed at my camera to make sure I cover myself but didn’t say anything to my husband just let him go through the car wash they even dried the car off after the wash and stated his worker saw it hanging and mentioned it to him but didn’t even mention that the car was now damaged to my husband…. He also started that he has 20-30 cars that come through there a day and he sees that they could have the same issue and doesn’t say anything because he wouldn’t make money pretty much said there was nothing he could do and got smart with me because I’m upset this is absolutely ridiculous and unfair don’t waste your time stopping here! Horrible customer service

Broke my passenger side mirror when drying my car. The staff who did it was unapologetically and didn't even finishes drying the car after. The manager on duty came and looked. Was told I had to pay out of pocket to fix it and then would be reimbursed. Called the owner to discuss further and posting to hear back.

I went through the car wash and a piece of their equipment scratched my car. The owner wasn’t there at the time but the employees present inspected my car and both agreed that it was something that could’ve happened while my car was going through the wash. I take both of my cars to this car wash all the time and never thought I’d be treated as if I was trying to pin something on them. I came up to the car wash twice to talk to the owner. The first time he wasn’t there and the second time he looked at my car and expressed to me that he wouldn’t be taking care of it because it looked like it was hit while being parked. Therefore, I will not be returning to this wash. Please be careful and inspect your cars before going through the car wash so this doesn’t happen to you.

I’ve been coming to this wash for well over 10 years. I make sure to drive out of my way to go here because of the service I receive. I’ve tried many other car washes that are a more convenient drive, but none compare. At Mr. Bubbles I am treated kindly and without an attitude, they take time to wash off my car before I go through the wash, my car gets nice and clean, and the prices are very reasonable. To the young people that work there, thank you for always being pleasant and friendly!

Mr. Bubbles is a GREAT carwash. They offer vacuums (for a fee) and they offer various washes. Even with the most affordable wash, they spray and ore-wasg both sides of the vehicle and that is greatly appreciated! The staff are friendly and have all been pleasant each time I've gone. Thank you all.
